The Mount Cheam Lions once again hosted a Train and Hobby Show at the Heritage Park facility in Chilliwack, BC, October 15 and 16 2016.
Regular attendees are the members of the Victoria Model Railway Club who bring their extended modular layout to the delight of the many visitors.
Trainmaster John was kind enough to arrange a cabride for me across the entire system. We joined Engineer Vic aboard a CLC C-Liner (CP4455) and a consist that included a ‘B’ unit and short freight.
Then I was given unprecedented trackside access to capture the wide variety of lineside scenery, with trains, of course..
Enjoy!
Again, my thanks to all the members of the Victoria (BC) Model Railway Club for allowing me and my cameras to enter onto the property. If only it were that easy in 1:1 scale.
Recorded with a Canon XA10, Sony HDR-CX110 and Sony HDR-AZ1.
Edited and produced using Cyberlink PowerDirector 15 Ultra.
N.B. In 1:1 scale, the photographer and cameras does not encroach on the line of the right-of-way in taking this video. It is dangerous, foolhardy (and illegal) to enter on railway rights-of-way. Just sayin’ … “You don’t stand on a runway to watch airplanes.”
