This video shows an example of how to use reversing loops on a digitally-controlled model railroad.
I start with a very basic track layout in a loop around my living room. Then I show how adding one reverse loop allows you to easily get the train to travel in the opposite direction around the loop.
Then, by adding a second reversing loop to the layout, you’ll see an easy way to add total flexibility in the direction of travel.
