Santa would be proud of these G-scale model trains running on a layout in my living room. With the fireplace keeping things warm, and the classic holiday movie “White Christmas” on the 80″ television, conditions were perfect for hauling Christmas presents with the North Pole Express train as well as the Coca Cola holiday train and the White Pass Railway train.
The three main locomotives featured in this model train video are collectors items these days, since it’s been quite a few years since these particular trains stopped being produced. The Coca Cola Train and the White Pass Railway locomotives were manufactured by LGB, and the North Pole Express was made by Piko. It’s impossible to buy these new any longer, since it’s since so long since production ceased. Of course, many other G-scale model trains can be purchased new, just not these particular ones.
