Part 2 of the series..: Tracks & Rolling Stock.
Well.. A few days after the beginning of this layout project the tracks and rolling stock arrived. It’s all a mix of new stuff and pre-owned stuff.. Again to keep the costs down.
I got a cheap track oval and bought new tracks to be able to have sidings.. The track is mostly PIKO A track with a few Mehano tracks as well. Some of the tracks came as a starter set with controller etc.
The rolling stock is pre-owned, but in great shape!
I was able to get a track oval and a train set for about 90 Euro. I then decided to get a little more in a better quality.
So far the costs are:
Building materials – 90 Euro (I bought spray paint and a few other things)
Tracks & rolling stock – 175 Euro
Total costs – 265 Euro (Getting close to the budget limit!)

Thanks for watching. Part 3 will be about the trackplan and buildings for the layout..
