Being a British modern image modeller, we know what is available on the market and the quality of stuff, for our hobby.
I noticed when looking at other O gauge stuff the American model market appears to be mainly course scale 3 rail stuff, but, on the other hand from looking at the Z scale stuff the German locos were quite interesting. So having watched a load of your videos, I thought let’s look into this.

Also 2 wagons shipped to Australia for what it costs me approximately fora newer Heljan O gauge loco. But the Lenz loco is DCC sound fitted. So let’s look at what you get
