This N scale layout belongs to Fred Wing a long time member of the Military Society of Model Railroad Engineers (MSMRRE), they are located in Matanuska Hall in JBER. Every year (except 2021 and 2022) MSMRRE sets up various layouts in various scale during the Fur Rendezvous festivals in the Anchorage depot for the public to view. This particular layout has the most details I think and the longest trains.
