After a week off, when real railways had to be run, Im back on my travels! I had planned to go to the Sileby show, in order to catch up with Habbaniya 1941, but my head was turned by a larger show, which was slightly easier to get to.
The Tonbridge Model Railway club show is a one day event and quite large with it. The club obviously have their reasons for it being this way, but I felt there were probably a few pros and cons in the decision. The show felt very, very busy, with some layouts being far too bunched up and it was quite often difficult to get to view some, with the show being busy all the time. Again, there are a few too many people habging around in front of layouts, just chatting – get out the way and chat somewhere else!!
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video and please feel free to like, comment and share. If you arent already a subscriber to the channel, please do so.
many thanks for watching part 1 of this film and look out for the links to part 2.
best wishes, Iain
