I had a crack at weathering my Bullied Pacific this week.
The method:
1 – A mix of Tamiya black, grey and brown was brushed onto the body and wiped off with a cotton bud dipped in water to create a streaking effect.
2 – The underframe and roof were sprayed a mix of black and grey.
3 – Brown/rust colours added to axleboxes, cylinders, tender coal bunker.
4 – Humbrol rust weathering powder added to cylinders, Humbrol white weathering powder used to highlight raised details.
5.- I added crushed coal to the tender.
As always, thanks for watching.
