It was great to see the return of “The London Festival of Model Railways” at the Alexandra Palace following a two year break due to Covid.
The quality of models on show was second to none, covering most gauges up to G Scale, also in attendance were proprietary manufacturers, such as Dapol, Bachmann, Heljan and Hornby, along with more bespoke providers such as KR Models and Accurascale. Every aspect of the hobby from books and DVD’s to electronics and scenic modelling was represented in the beautiful Alexandra Palace halls. I could go on waxing lyrical about the quality of this exhibition, but a better option is to press the “Play” button and see for yourself.
